Sterling Ingui is a North Carlina Regional Leader and Head of Next Gen Retirement Products in Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading providers of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 40 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries. In this role, Ms. Ingui is responsible for creating innovative digital solutions and implementing emerging technologies to increase access to financial wellness. She has experience and expertise in web3 (blockchain, digital assets), AI, and cybersecurity.
Prior to her current role, she led the go to market team at Fidelity Labs and served as a product leader in building new solutions including student debt benefits, charitable bitcoin contributions and an associate career mobility program. Additionally, Ms. Ingui previously provided security consultation for digital assets, workplace investing and healthcare businesses.
Ms. Ingui serves as Fidelity’s NC Regional Site Leader, sponsor of NC Women in Technology Special Interest Group, Advisor to NC Women’s Leadership Group, member of Workplace Investing AI Ethics Committee and Career Coach at Fidelity She has been Board of Trustee for Durham Academy, member of SIM RTP for IT Leaders and mentor for the winner of the 2019 Female Founders in FinTech.
Ms. Ingui earned her BA from Columbia University and MBA from Duke’s The Fuqua School of Business.
