Dr. Jimmie Lenz serves as the Lafitte Director of the Master of Engineering in Financial Technology program and the Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity program, and as a Visiting Professor of Financial Economics at Duke University. He also leads Duke's Digital Asset Research and Engineering Collaborative (DAREC), spearheading interdisciplinary research in digital asset innovation. A prolific author on digital assets, he draws on decades of experience as an executive, educator, and scholar in fintech, financial innovation, and capital markets. 

Lee Reiners is a recognized authority on financial regulation and digital asset policy, and serves as a CFA Lecturing Fellow at the Duke Financial Economics Center and Duke Law. His research and teaching focus on financial regulation, digital asset policy, and sustainable finance. His commentary has appeared in outlets including the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, he has testified before the U.S. Congress on digital asset regulation three times, and he served as an expert witness in the FTX multidistrict litigation. 

Together, Lenz and Reiners host Coffee & Crypto with Lee & Jimmie, extending their discussions beyond the conference and into the broader fintech community.
