Sanjay is VP of Web3 Initiatives at Roofstock where he leads the real estate investing platform’s blockchain and AI products. With over 25 years of product, finance, banking and operations experience, Sanjay has an extensive background in creating and launching innovative enterprises and consumer fintech products. Previously, Sanjay was GM of Roofstock One, and created an innovative private REIT that that gave investors targeted exposure to the economics of bespoke SFR portfolios.
Sanjay has also engineered and structured several fixed-income and income oriented private capital markets transactions and provided Wall Street caliber portfolio analysis and risk assessment solutions to small banks and credit unions. Sanjay is also an advisor to leading RWA, NFT and DeFi projects. He has a master’s in business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
