Director of Regulatory Policy
Julia focuses on policy initiatives for digital asset market structure and crypto derivatives, in the US and abroad. Prior to joining Coinbase, she was in-house counsel at a major US bank covering cleared and uncleared derivatives and financial market utilities. She also spent several years in private practice at New York law firms focusing on Dodd-Frank advocacy and implementation.
