John Palmer is President of Cboe Digital. He was most recently Vice President of Derivatives and Head of US Options at Cboe Global Markets. Prior to that he was the global head of product strategy at CrossTower, where he was responsible for the digital exchange’s roadmap, go to market strategy and competitive positioning. Mr. Palmer has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Mount Union and a Masters of Science in Financial Engineering from Kent State University.
