Johanna Collins-Wood

Johanna Collins-Wood is General Counsel and Head of Compliance for the U.S. asset management business at Bitwise Asset Management and serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Bitwise Investment Manager, an SEC-registered investment adviser. She previously served as Deputy General Counsel at Bitwise and, prior to Bitwise, advised cryptocurrency and digital asset companies as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders. She began her career in the New York and London offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell as a member of their capital markets group. Ms. Collins-Wood is a graduate of Duke Law School and Duke University and is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke Law School.
