As Chief Legal Officer, Jess leads Evernorth’s legal and regulatory strategy. After practicing commercial litigation and clerking in the Eastern District of New York, she held senior roles at Gemini and American Express, and served as Chief Legal Officer of the Bitcoin Legal Defense Fund. Jess has been instrumental in shaping regulatory frameworks for digital assets and has extensive experience advising companies across the blockchain ecosystem. Jess holds a J.D. from UNC School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
