Eric Iverson is a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice where he is a member of the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team (NCET). He handles digital asset-related criminal investigations and provides advice and training to investigators and fellow prosecutors. Eric is detailed to NCET from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of North Carolina where he has served as an Assistant United States Attorney since 2014.

Eric began his career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where he worked in the Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau. He received his B.A. from Wake Forest University and J.D. from the University of North Carolina.
