Prior to that, he was COO at Cboe Digital (formerly known as ErisX). A serial exchange founder, Matt has more than 25 years of experience in electronic trading and financial markets and has led or assisted in 14 market launches and operations for equities, commodities, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies in the US, Europe and Asia in leadership roles at IEX, Instinet, and Chi-X.
