Bitwise Asset Management
Johanna Collins-Wood is the senior counsel at Bitwise Asset Management and the chief compliance officer of Bitwise Investment Manager, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Prior to Bitwise, she advised innovative financial technology companies at the law firms Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders. A graduate of Duke Law School and Duke University, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Ms. Collins-Wood began her career in the London office of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she advised entrepreneurial companies on their initial public offerings in Europe and the U.S. Ms. Collins-Wood serves on the Board of Directors for the Duke Law School Alumni Association and the DukeNY Alumni Association, and teaches a class at Duke Law School titled “Getting to Yes with the SEC.”
