Pat LaVecchia

Pat LaVecchia is an innovator, fintech builder and capital markets executive with more than 30 years of experience. He founded Oasis Pro and, following its acquisition by Ondo Finance, joined Ondo’s senior leadership team while continuing as CEO of Oasis Pro subsidiary.

Under his leadership, Oasis Pro supported Project Guardian with Apollo and J.P. Morgan, and Oasis Pro Markets, as part of Ondo, became the first tokenization platform to join DTCC’s Fund/SERV. Ondo participated in DTCC tokenization production trades and launched custodial tokenized securities in the U.S.

Pat has executed more than $15 billion in transactions and held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns and Legg Mason. He has served on public and private company boards and helps shape digital asset policy through his work on FINRA’s Crypto Advisory Board and Connecticut’s Digital Assets Advisory Group. He holds an MBA from Wharton and graduated magna cum laude from Clark University.
